Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Taho: To retain its freshness for up to 2 days, make sure to properly store it in the fridge and remove the excess water from the tub. 
Soy Milk: To retain its freshness for up to 7 days, make sure to properly store it in the fridge.
Chilled Taho: To retain its freshness for up to 7 days, make sure to properly store it in the fridge.

Q: How do I reheat the taho?
A: To reheat the tofu, you can either use the microwave or have it steamed.

 

DELIVERY

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We only deliver to areas of Metro Manila only.

Q: Why am I having problems when checking out my orders? ("Your cart has been updated and the items you added can't be shipped to your address")
A: First, we only deliver to areas of Metro Manila only. Second, please make sure to properly fill up everything, especially the ZIP CODE when entering your information for shipping.

Q: Do you do same-day deliveries?
A: We don't do same day deliveries for now. Once we process your order and receive your proof of payment, we will deliver the next day.

RETURN POLICY
We stand by our quality and freshness of our products. If your fresh taho does not meet our standards, please email us a picture of your product and we will replace or refund those items.
